Quick start: Zapier Webhooks setup
Use Zapier's built-in webhook action to call the Line API.
1. Create a Zap with your trigger app
In Zapier, start a new Zap and choose your trigger — e.g. 'New contact in HubSpot', 'Form submitted in Typeform', or 'Order placed in Shopify'. Configure the trigger event and test it.
2. Add a Webhooks by Zapier action
Choose Custom Request. POST to the Line /api/v1/messages endpoint. Add your bearer key and a stable Idempotency-Key header.
3. Map your data and activate
Map the recipient number and message body from your trigger data. Use dynamic fields — e.g. 'Hi {first_name}, your order {order_id} has shipped!'. Test and turn on your Zap.

How do I connect Line to Zapier?
After Line approves API access, create a scoped key. In Zapier, use a Custom Request in Webhooks by Zapier. POST to /api/v1/messages with the bearer key and a stable Idempotency-Key value.
Does Line work with Make (Integromat)?
Yes. Use Make's HTTP module with your API key. Use a custom webhook for signed Line events. Line does not publish a native Make connector yet.
Can I use n8n with Line?
Yes. Use the HTTP Request node in n8n with the Line REST API endpoint and your API key. n8n is ideal if you want to self-host your automation — full control over your workflows, data residency, and no per-task pricing.
What CRMs does Line integrate with?
Use the CRM's Zapier or Make trigger, then call Line through an HTTP action. Native Line marketplace connectors are planned, not released.
Can inbound SMS replies trigger automations?
Yes. Configure a webhook URL in the Line dashboard and inbound messages are POSTed to your endpoint in real time. You can then pass that data to Zapier, Make, or your own server to trigger downstream actions — log to CRM, notify Slack, update a spreadsheet.
